Spectrum Retirement Communities is looking for a friendly part-time server to join our community restaurant. You will help create an exceptional dining experience, build relationships with residents, and consistently deliver guest-focused service in a supportive team setting.

Responsibilities include guiding residents to tables, presenting menus, using the POS system for orders, and performing opening/closing dining room duties as directed by the community.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, personalize service in a dining setting.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handler's Card as required by state/county regulations.
• Ability to present menus, take orders, and assist in drink selection while maintaining professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables and present menus.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen using the POS system.
• Complete opening and closing dining room duties as required by the community.
