Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time Server for our community restaurant. You will help create an exceptional dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver service consistent with our standards.

Your daily tasks include guiding residents, presenting menus, suggesting dishes, and assisting in drink choices. Responsibilities also include relaying orders via our POS system and completing opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residents.
• Must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations
• Must have strong customer service presentation

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection
• Communicate specific resident orders, utilizing our state-of-the-art point-of-sale system
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by your community
