Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Part-Time Server for our community restaurant. You will help create a welcoming dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver the friendly service guests expect in a home-like setting.

Responsibilities include guiding residents to tables, presenting menus, suggesting dishes, and efficiently communicating orders via the POS system. You will also perform opening/closing dining room duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must have or obtain a Food Handler’s Card
• Strong customer service presentation is required
• Age 18+ (where applicable) and ability to obtain necessary approvals

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables and present menus
• Suggest dishes and assist in drink selection
• Relay resident orders using the POS system
• Complete opening and closing dining room duties as required by the community
