Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Part-Time Server for our Chandler community restaurant. You will help create a welcoming dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver service that matches guest expectations in a restaurant setting.

Responsibilities include guiding residents to tables, presenting menus, taking orders with the POS system, and performing opening/closing dining room duties. A Food Handler’s Card and strong customer service are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for residents.
• If under 18, must provide proper schoolwork authorization where applicable.
• Must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card or be willing to obtain one as required by state/county regulations.
• Must have strong customer service presentation.

Responsabilités

• Direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate resident orders using the POS system.
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community.
