Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Part-Time Server to enhance dining experiences for seniors in a welcoming, resort-style setting. You will join a collaborative team, carrying trays, taking orders, and helping residents enjoy meals from casual to fine dining.

You will work with a friendly group, respond to feedback, keep tables tidy, deliver room service when needed, and contribute to a warm, caring community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age.
• No previous work experience required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Ability to secure required food handler permits within two weeks of hire.
• State regulations may require a work permit based on age and state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Casual Dining by carrying trays and offering beverages.
• Provide Fine Dining support by greeting tables and guiding menu selections.
• Clear and reset tables and handle dishes between courses.
• Help keep dining areas clean by vacuuming, cleaning, and refilling water as needed.
• Deliver room service meals and collect trays with a friendly attitude.
• Listen to resident feedback and report to a supervisor as needed.
• Support the team by taking on additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.
