Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Part-Time Server to create meaningful dining experiences for residents. You’ll work with a collaborative team, share ideas, respond to feedback, and contribute to a caring community environment.

No prior work experience is required, and the role emphasizes customer service and hospitality. You will support both casual and fine dining settings within a resort-style retirement community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• No previous work experience required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Ability to secure required food handler permits within two weeks of hire.
• State regulations may require a work permit depending on age and state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Enhance dining experience by assisting residents in Casual Dining: carry trays, offer beverages, meet service needs.
• In Fine Dining, greet tables, guide menu options, take orders, and serve courses.
• Clear and reset tables; handle dishes; refill water; set tables before meals.
• Vacuum carpets, clean the salad bar, and perform other cleaning tasks as needed.
• Deliver room service meals and collect trays with a friendly attitude.
• Listen to resident feedback and report to a manager when needed.
• Assist with other tasks and support duties assigned by supervisors.
