Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Part-Time Server to create meaningful dining experiences for residents. You will join a collaborative team, respond to feedback, and contribute to a caring community environment while supporting casual and fine dining services.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age.
• No previous work experience is required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Ability to secure required food handler permits within two weeks of hire.
• State regulations may require a work permit based on age and residence; guidance provided by location Community Manager.

Responsibilities

• Enhance dining by assisting residents in Casual Dining—carrying trays and offering beverages.
• Guide residents through menu selections and serve courses from beverages to desserts.
• Clear and reset tables; handle dishes and refill water carafes; set tables before meals.
• Vacuum carpets, clean the salad bar, and complete other cleaning tasks as needed.
• Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly attitude.
• Listen to resident feedback and relay it to a manager when needed.
• Support supervisors and managers with additional tasks as required.
