Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Part-Time Server to craft joyful dining experiences for residents within a warm, service-oriented setting. You will collaborate with a team, take and deliver orders, and help maintain a welcoming dining room while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates are 15 years or older, with strong English communication skills and eagerness to learn, gaining valuable hospitality experience in a resort-style community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age or older.
• No previous work experience is required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Ability to secure required food handler permits as required by local ordinances within two weeks of hire.
• State regulations may require certain applicants to obtain a work permit before beginning employment. The Community Manager will provide guidance on necessary steps and permits.

Responsibilities

• Enhance dining experiences by assisting residents in casual and fine dining, carrying trays, and serving meals.
• Greet tables warmly, guide menu selections, take orders accurately, and serve a full range of courses.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room by clearing and resetting tables and handling dishes.
• Assist with room service deliveries and tray pickups.
• Listen to resident feedback and report to a manager when needed.
• Support other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
