Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities in the United States is seeking a Part-Time Server to create meaningful dining experiences for residents. You’ll join a close-knit team, carry trays, take orders, and contribute to a warm, service-oriented environment.

No prior experience is required for this entry-level role; you must be at least 15 years old, able to communicate in English, and ready to obtain any required food handler permits.

Qualifications

• Friendly, patient communication with residents, guests and staff.
• Strong customer service mindset and a welcoming demeanor.
• Proficiency in English to interact clearly in a community setting.

Responsibilities

• Enhance dining by assisting residents in Casual Dining, carrying trays, offering beverages, and meeting service needs.
• Greet tables in Fine Dining, guide menu selections, take orders accurately, and serve courses from beverages to desserts.
• Clear and reset tables, handle dishes, refill water carafes, and set tables before meals.
• Vacuum carpets, clean the salad bar, and perform other cleaning tasks as needed.
• Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a positive attitude.
• Listen to resident comments or concerns and share feedback with a manager.
• Help with other tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
