Job summary

Village Crossing Retirement is seeking a Part-Time Server to create enjoyable dining experiences for residents. You will support Casual and Fine Dining, help with table setup, and assist with room service and cleaning tasks. No prior experience is required, and flexible hours help balance commitments.

Applicants must be 15+, able to work 20–25 hours weekly, and communicate effectively in English. Food handler permits may be required within two weeks of hire; state requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Casual Dining by carrying trays and offering beverages.
• Greet tables in Fine Dining, guide menu selections, take orders, and serve courses.
• Clear and reset tables, handle dishes, refill water carafes, and set tables before meals.
• Vacuum carpets and clean the salad bar; complete other cleaning tasks as needed.
• Deliver room service meals and collect trays with a friendly attitude.
• Listen to resident feedback and share with a manager as needed.
• Provide support across tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
