Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope, hands-on serving functions for the culinary department.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, mocktails, and other beverages to guests.
• Take orders, provide service, and maintain a gracious, courteous dining environment.
• Answer questions about menu items and restaurant offerings.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization per standards.
