Job summary

Discovery Senior Living in Naples, FL is seeking a part-time Server to provide a warm, attentive dining experience for residents. You will take orders, serve meals, and help maintain a welcoming dining room.

This role requires dependable, friendly communication; evening shifts from 4:00pm to 7:30pm, with a pay rate of $14.00 per hour, non-tipped. Prior hospitality or service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous dining or hospitality experience preferred.
• Enjoys working with seniors and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Take meal and beverage orders and serve food in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals and dining experience.
• Set up, maintain, and clean dining room tables, side stations, and surrounding areas.
• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Practice proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including completing assigned checklists.
• Support orientation and training of new servers as needed.
