The Arlington in Naples, FL is seeking a hospitality focused Server/Bartender to join our culinary team. This part-time role includes rotating weekends and provides hands-on serving functions in a community-focused senior living setting.

Starting wage is $20 per hour. Candidates should have 1+ years of bartending or upscale hospitality experience, knowledge of POS systems, and a passion for exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be 21 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of bartending or upscale hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of POS systems and beverage inventory procedures.
• Experience in senior living preferred.

• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, mocktails, specialty beverages, coffee and other refreshments according to established standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of classic cocktails, contemporary beverages, wine, spirits and responsible alcohol service.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously.
• Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.

This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions for the culinary department. This position is a part time position that includes rotating weekends.

Salary: Starting at $20/hour.
