Job summary

The Arlington of Naples is seeking a hospitality-focused Server/Bartender to join our culinary team. This part-time role includes rotating weekends and provides hands-on serving functions for the culinary department.

Starting pay is $20 per hour, with responsibilities focused on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest service. Previous bartending and upscale hospitality experience is preferred, and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of bartending or upscale hospitality experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of POS systems and beverage inventory procedures.
• Experience in senior living is preferred.

• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, mocktails, specialty beverages, coffee and other refreshments according to established standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of classic cocktails, contemporary beverages, wine, spirits and responsible alcohol service.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously.
• Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.

This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions for the culinary department. This position is a part time position that includes rotating weekends.

Salary: Starting at $20/hour.
