Job summary

National Church Residences in Paris, TN is seeking a part-time Service Coordinator to support residents at Chateau Maurice, a senior apartment community. The role focuses on coordinating programs, linking residents to community services, and ensuring quality customer service.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in social work or related field and 2+ years of experience delivering social services to seniors or families, with strong advocacy and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field preferred.
• Two+ years experience delivering social services to elderly and/or families preferred.
• Working knowledge of supportive services and local community resources.
• Demonstrated ability to advocate, organize, problem-solve, and deliver measurable results for residents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programs and activities for residents.
• Serve as liaison to community agencies and providers; identify low-cost services and negotiate discounts.
• Engage residents to identify needs and make referrals to services.
• Develop a Resource Directory of state/local providers and sponsor educational events.
• Provide quality customer service and assist with access to community services.
• Monitor and relay feedback from residents and families; manage internal and external relationships.
