Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care.
• Treat residents one on one with private treatment sessions with a functional based approach.
