Job summary
Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team serving senior living residents. You will provide rehabilitation services under medical orders within a collaborative team, designing and adjusting treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient progress.
The role emphasizes one-on-one sessions with patients in a private setting, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend or holiday requirements.
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment.
- Degree in area of discipline.
Responsibilities
- Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
- Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
- Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients.
- Treat residents one on one with individualized attention through private treatment sessions.
- Individualize treatment sessions as needed.
