Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our compassionate rehabilitation team serving senior residents.

Grow professionally while delivering individualized private sessions and a function-based approach as part of a coordinated care plan. The role supports a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements, along with a comprehensive benefits package and licensure reimbursement.

Formación

• Degree in area of discipline
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills
• Computer proficiency

Responsabilidades

• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one on one, not in a group setting, with individualized attention through private sessions.
• Individualize treatment sessions as needed.
