Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services to patients as part of a coordinated team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the care plan.
• Treat residents one-on-one to provide individualized sessions.
• Adapt sessions to individual patient needs.
