Job summary

Caring Transitions in Illinois is seeking a part-time Business Development Representative to drive sales, develop markets and create new opportunities for growth, with potential to move to full-time. You will contact and qualify leads, convert them into projects, and actively build partnerships in the local community.

The role emphasizes prospecting, collaboration with the team to co-develop proposals, and fostering awareness of services for seniors in the marketplace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales or marketing with proven results.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact and qualify leads - Prospect new sales leads by making an initial phone, email or in person contact.
• Convert leads to projects – Review offerings of company and co-develop proposals with team to meet the client’s needs.
• Community Outreach – Actively build partnerships and awareness of services in the marketplace.
