Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Part-Time Server for our Cedar Park community. You will guide residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist with drink selection to create a memorable dining experience.

You will use the POS system, take special requests, and perform opening/closing duties per community guidelines. Spectrum offers benefits and opportunities for paid time off and career growth, with vaccination optional.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents.
• If under the age of 18 must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable)
• Server must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations
• It is required for a Server to have strong customer service presentation

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection
• Communicate resident orders using the POS system
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community
