Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Part-Time Server to help create an exceptional dining experience for residents. You will guide guests to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist with drink selections.

Use our POS system to relay orders, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with kitchen and dining room staff. Roles include opening/closing duties and delivering friendly, attentive service in a community setting.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents.
• If under the age of 18 must provide proper schoolwork authorization.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a Food Handler’s Card as required by state/county regulations.
• Strong customer service presentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate resident orders using the POS system.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community.
