Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Part-Time Server for our community restaurant. You will create an exceptional dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver service you’d expect in a top restaurant.

Responsibilities include guiding residents to tables, presenting menus, and assisting with drink choices. You will use our POS system to relay orders, and you’ll complete daily dining room tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive, welcoming demeanor and compassion for residents.
• If under 18, must provide schoolwork authorization.
• Server must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card or be willing to obtain one through Spectrum.
• Strong customer service presentation is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, assist with drink choices.
• Communicate orders to staff using the point of sale system.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties as required.
