Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a full-time Server for its Cedar Park community. You will welcome residents, guide them to tables, present menus, and help with drink selections while delivering top-notch service in a warm, guest-focused environment.

Follow established dining procedures, handle orders via the POS system, and perform opening/closing duties. Strong customer service and a caring attitude toward residents are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a friendly, welcoming demeanor and compassion for residents.
• If under 18, must provide schoolwork authorization where applicable.
• Server must hold or be willing to obtain a Food Handler’s Card as required by state/county regulations.
• Strong customer service presentation and professional appearance are required.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist with drink selections.
• Communicate orders clearly using the on-site POS system.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties as defined by the community.
