Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Server to join our community dining team. You will help create an inviting dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver service you’d expect in a favorite restaurant.

You will guide residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, assist with drink selection, and relay orders via our POS system. A positive attitude and strong service are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have compassion for residents and provide friendly service.
• Excellent customer service presentation and positive demeanor.
• Willing to obtain a Food Handler's Card if not already held.
• Must follow state and county regulations for food service.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables and present menus.
• Suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate orders using the POS system.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties as required.
