Job summary

LCB Senior Living Mercer Hill in Doylestown is seeking part-time servers for dining services. Shifts include 11:00a-7:30p and 3:30p-7:30p; wage band $15.50-$17.25 per hour based on experience. Join a team dedicated to a restaurant-style dining atmosphere and resident satisfaction.

You will assist with serving, setting tables, promoting dining programs, following safety standards, and supporting events. Prioritize customer service, teamwork, and clear communication with the Culinary Services

Qualifications

Ability to respond calmly to emergencies.
Strong organization and time management.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Able to multitask and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
Work with Culinary Services Director/Executive Director to keep residents satisfied.
Set tables in accordance to standards.
Serve residents and guests beverages as requested.
Review daily menu with residents.
Take and deliver accurate meal orders to residents and guests.
Remove used or soiled plates, utensils, glasses, linen from dining room as needed.
Assist with dining enhancement programs and special events.
