Job summary

Integracare in Erie, PA is seeking a Part-Time Server to provide warm, restaurant-style dining for senior residents during breakfast and lunch. The role focuses on delivering high-quality table service in a clean, welcoming setting and requires a helpful, dependable team player.

This position offers a day shift on a part-time basis with a pay rate of $12.50–$14.00 per hour. Related experience is preferred, but enthusiastic, customer-service oriented candidates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred (or currently enrolled).
• Strong customer service, effective verbal communication, and ability to multi-task in a warm dining environment.
• Punctual, polite, patient, and eager to build positive relationships with residents.
• Prior experience in food service, restaurant waiting, or senior living dining preferred; entry-level acceptable with great attitude.

Responsibilities

• Dining Room Service: Greet residents warmly, take orders, and serve meals during breakfast and lunch.
• Meal Prep & Setup: Prepare dining tables, stock beverage stations, and ensure proper table settings.
• Resident Assistance: Assist residents with dietary needs while maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Clean-Up & Sanitation: Clear tables, buss dishes, wipe areas, and sanitize workstation after service.
• Team Communication: Coordinate with kitchen and care teams for smooth service.
