Job summary

LCB Senior Living in Doylestown, PA is seeking a dining associate for full-time/part-time shifts. The role emphasizes delivering a restaurant-style dining experience, taking orders, and ensuring resident satisfaction with daily menus and service.

You will collaborate with the Culinary Services Director and dining room team to uphold quality, assist with events, and maintain clean, safe dining environments. Prior dining or food service is a plus, with opportunities for growth.

• Must provide high level of customer service and promote dining atmosphere.
• English communication skills required (oral & written).
• Able to handle multiple priorities and maintain organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
• Work closely with Culinary Services Director and/or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Set tables in accordance to standards.
• Serve residents and guests beverages as requested.
• Review daily menu with residents.
• Take and deliver accurate meal orders to residents and guests.
• Remove used or soiled items from the dining room.
• Assist with dining enhancement programs and special events.
• Adhere to food safety practices and standards.
