Responsibilities

• Assist with evaluating resident needs and updating service plans per state requirements.
• Supervise daily work assignments of resident care associates.
• Communicate resident issues to ED, family and MD as appropriate.
• Ensure infection control and sharps disposal compliance.
• Support documentation and reporting for state requirements.
• Coordinate staffing and backup coverage as needed.
• Assist in direct resident care when required.
