Job summary

LCB Senior Living in Suffield, CT is seeking friendly servers to join our part-time dining team at Suffield by the River. You’ll help provide a restaurant-style dining experience for residents and guests, delivering meals and beverages with care and efficiency.

We offer flexible hours, a wage band of 17.25–18.50 USD per hour depending on experience, benefits Day 1 (health, vision, dental, 401k, etc.), paid time off, holiday pay, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Ability to respond calmly to emergency situations is essential.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• The ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
• Set tables in accordance to standards.
• Serve residents and guests beverages as requested; take and deliver meal orders.
• Clean and maintain dining area; assist with events and special meals.
