Job summary

LCB Senior Living at Fieldstone Chester Springs is seeking enthusiastic servers for full-time or part-time roles. Shifts are 7am–2pm and 4pm–7:30pm, with a wage band of $15.50–$17.50 per hour based on experience.

As a server, you will provide high-quality dining service in a restaurant-style setting, collaborate with the Culinary Services Director, set tables, take and deliver orders, assist with events, and help maintain a clean, safe dining environment for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to respond calmly to emergency situations.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent English communication, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
• Set tables according to LCB standards and serve meals.
• Take and deliver accurate meal orders.
• Clean and sanitize dining room areas and equipment.
• Assist with special events, banquets, and theme meals.
• Communicate residents' menu preferences to staff and residents.
