Job summary

LCB Senior Living is seeking part-time Servers for The Residence at Valley Farm. Weekend shifts required. Earn $17.00–$19.00 per hour based on experience, with benefits like PTO and holiday pay.

Join a team dedicated to providing a restaurant-style dining experience for residents, working closely with dining and culinary leadership. Responsibilities include setting tables, serving meals and beverages, reviewing menus with residents, and supporting special events and programs while upholding food

Qualifications

• Experience providing high level customer service in a hospitality setting.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Able to work as part of a team and adapt to a dining room environment.

Responsibilities

• Set tables according to standards.
• Serve residents and guests beverages and meals.
• Review daily menus with residents.
• Take and deliver accurate meal orders.
• Assist with dining enhancement programs and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas.
