Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group in Ohio is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to assist in food service for residents. You will prepare and plate meals, maintain sanitation, and support kitchen staff during shifts from 6am–2pm or 4pm–7pm.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to work independently, and strong communication skills. Prior food service experience is preferred, with emphasis on safety and customer care.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage meal service for residents.
• Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Handle, transport and plate food for residents and staff.
• Plate food according to planned menu and recipes.
• Ensure freshness and proper temperature of served food.
• Maintain sanitation, set up service lines and clean stations.
• Stock and clean kitchen areas and report shortages to supervisor.
