Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to support meal service for residents in our Ohio facilities. You will work 4pm-7:30pm, ensuring meals are prepared according to dietary guidelines, plated accurately, and served in a sanitary, friendly environment.

The role requires ability to work independently, some food service experience, and strong communication to coordinate with kitchen staff and supervisors. A rewarding opportunity in a supportive, residents-focused setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle, transport and plate food for residents and staff.
• Plate food according to the planned menu using standard recipes.
• Ensure proper temperature and freshness of all served foods.
• Assist other kitchen staff and perform duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain daily logs and documentation for meal services.
• Stock and clean the station for the next shift.
• Follow sanitation policies and operate equipment safely.
• Promote positive relations with residents and families.
