CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to assist with meal service for residents in a senior living community. You will handle, plate, and serve meals according to menus and dietary guidelines, while maintaining cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong communication to support resident meals and daily operations in a caring environment.

Competenze

• High School diploma (or equivalent) or technical school.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage meal service for 20 residents.
• Some food service work experience required.
• Great communication skills are required.

Mansioni

• Handle, transport and plate food for residents, guests and employees.
• Plate food according to the planned menu using standard recipes.
• Plate food items following portion guidelines and garnishing instructions.
• Assist other kitchen staff as needed. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Ensures that sufficient food is prepped and/or prepared.
• Communicates with supervisor of shortages or outages.
• Ensures freshness, cooking status and proper temperature of all food being served.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation throughout work areas.
• Promotes positive public relations with residents, family members and guests.
