Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide for the 4pm-7:30pm shift to support meal service for residents and guests. The role emphasizes maintaining sanitary kitchen areas, assisting in food preparation, and ensuring meals are plated according to dietary guidelines.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, ability to work independently, some food service experience, and strong communication skills. Training and a positive team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent) or technical school.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage meal service for 20 residents.
• Some food service work experience required.
• Great communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Handle, transport and plate food for residents, guests and employees.
• Plate food according to the planned menu using standard recipes.
• Plate food items following portion guidelines and garnishing instructions.
• Assists other kitchen staff as needed and performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintains daily logs, postings and documentation required for meal services.
• Stocks and cleans station for next shift.
