Cardinal Bay is a mission-driven, not-for-profit senior living health care organization. We have an outstanding opportunity for a Part-Time Concierge to join our team at Village on the Park Oklahoma City. The concierge welcomes residents, families, guests and employees, provides information, and maintains a secure environment.

Shifts are 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday with holiday rotation. Benefits include comprehensive health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, 2–3 weeks

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service, front desk and telephone experience preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with good driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving, good judgement, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of HIPAA requirements.
• Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Office, Word, and some Excel.
• Willing to undergo a routine background check.

Responsibilities

• Remain alert during shift and respond promptly to emergencies or requests.
• Monitor incoming public traffic and assist with questions; track residents and guests.
• Receive guests in a courteous, warm manner and maintain cleanliness of public areas.
• Respond to needs of residents, families, prospective residents, vendors and visitors.
• Lock/unlock doors per community protocol and manage access as required.
• Answer calls and route information; operate paging/telephone system.
• May conduct hourly rounds to ensure safety of residents and staff.
• Escort residents or visitors to vehicles when requested.
• Assist with maintenance orders and address equipment issues per policy.
• Monitor alarms and fire safety; follow emergency procedures and contact authorities as needed.
• Set up or take down for activities; maintain professional appearance.
