Sagora Briarview in Carrollton, TX is seeking a part-time Concierge to greet residents and guests, manage front desk communications, and assist with security rounds. The role supports a community offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

Shifts are 7 am–1 pm on Saturday and 1 pm–7 pm on Sunday, totaling 12 hours weekly. Excellent customer service, organizational skills, and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates at the front desk.
• Make rounds around community as necessary for security procedures.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.
