Sagora Lyndale Abilene is seeking a Concierge to welcome residents and visitors, manage the front desk, and support communications by phone and email. You will assist staff, perform rounds for security, and provide information to residents and families with a courteous, professional demeanor.

The position is part-time/PRN with multiple shifts, offering benefits and opportunities within Sagora’s person-centered communities committed to Residents First and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Multitasking and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates at the front desk.
• Make rounds around community for security procedures.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.
