Job summary

Inn At Village Square seeks an Activities Aide to plan and facilitate recreational and enrichment activities for residents in a nearby assisted living community. You will tailor programs to individual interests and work closely with residents, families, volunteers, and staff to promote engagement, independence, and quality of life.

This on-site, part-time position requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork, with evenings and weekends typical.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Experience using computers and Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate recreational, social, and enrichment activities for residents.
• Collaborate with residents, families, volunteers, and staff to promote engagement and well‑being.
• Adapt activities to individual needs while fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment.
