Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of activities, including arts and crafts, games, and outings.
• Lead and facilitate activities, ensuring resident participation and engagement.
• Monitor and report on resident preferences and activity participation to identify trends and make recommendations for future activities.
• Collaborate with other care team members to develop and implement activity programs that align with resident needs and interests.
• Maintain accurate records of activity attendance, participation, and feedback.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for all activities and events.
