Inn at Village Square in Gorham, ME is seeking a compassionate Activities Aide to support resident engagement and well-being in our on-site assisted living community. You will plan and facilitate recreational, social, and enrichment activities tailored to residents’ interests and goals.

The role is non-exempt, part-time, with evening and weekend shifts; requires a valid driver’s license and ability to operate a minivan for group outings, in a fully on-site setting in Gorham.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Experience using computers and Microsoft Office products.
• Fluent English communication and strong interpersonal skills.

• Plan and facilitate recreational, social, and enrichment activities tailored to residents’ interests and goals.
• Support resident engagement and well-being through personalized programming.
• Collaborate with residents, families, volunteers, and staff to create a welcoming environment.
