The Ranch Restaurant & Saloon in Anaheim, CA seeks a Senior Line Cook (Part-Time) to join our award-winning kitchen and uphold our seasonal, globally inspired menu. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment under the guidance of the Executive Chef.

Deliver high-quality dishes, follow company recipes, and maintain a clean, organized station while contributing to a collaborative, team-driven kitchen that values hospitality and precision in plating.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience as a line cook in fine dining, or equivalent experience.
• Must possess strong skills on grill, sauté, broiler.
• Ability and knowledge to make sauces from scratch.

• Must be able to communicate clearly with his/her managers and his/her teammates
• Maintain the high level of food quality and standards established by the Executive Chef

• Ability to perform all essential duties during a lengthy, high-volume and high-pressure service
• Execute food production and plating, according to stated spec and timing
• Maintain a clean, clutter free and organized station at all times
