Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Noblesville, IN to bring our brand to life.

You will deliver an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE/Aerie products, and drive loyalty program participation while representing our values. You are a people person with strong customer service skills, flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and eager to contribute as a team player across salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage guests.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
