Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Carmel, IN to bring the brand to life and provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will represent the brand, drive loyalty, and deliver energetic service across AE and Aerie products.

You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on products, and promote the store’s loyalty program. The role requires energy, multi-tasking, and a friendly, team-driven attitude.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Passion for AE & Aerie products and ability to educate guests on details.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flexibility to move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Proactive problem solving while upholding company policy.
• Adherence to AEO policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Demonstrate teamwork and support for colleagues to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to company policies and procedures.
