Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Indianapolis to bring our brand to life and deliver a standout shopping experience for every guest.

You'll engage with customers, educate them on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding store policies and teamwork. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored product suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
