Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Pineville, NC is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and represent our brand daily. You will educate guests on AE/Aerie products, promote loyalty programs, and work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom with energy and integrity.

Ideal candidates bring enthusiasm, strong communication, and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• Must love interacting with people and delivering friendly service.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Passion for AE & Aerie products and brand values.
• Ability to work across multiple store zones with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie product details and make suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while adhering to policy.
• Be a team player and support store goals and operations.
