Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Barboursville, WV to bring the AE and Aerie brand to life in-store. You will greet guests, explain products, and help shoppers find items that fit their style with energy and integrity.

Learn the AEO Selling Model, promote the loyalty program, and work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and the Fitting Room. Availability in evenings, weekends and holidays is required; retail experience helps and you must be at least 16 years old.

• Must love interacting with people.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Minimum age 16.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit needs.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Move fluidly between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support store colleagues.
