Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Evansville, IN is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the AE brand to life daily. You’ll create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on products, and help build brand loyalty.

You’ll work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, staying energetic in a fast-paced environment and representing our values with integrity. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and helping guests find what they need.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Able to stay energetic and organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and engage with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie products and suggest items to fit needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support teammates to get the job done with integrity.
