Job summary

AEO Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador at our Gurnee Mills location. You will engage customers, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and foster brand loyalty while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

You should be energetic, able to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and available evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience is a plus, and you will represent our brand with integrity.

Qualifications

• Interacting with customers and building brand loyalty.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored recommendations.
• Introduce loyalty program and brand channels to customers.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support team to complete store tasks and deliver great service.
